Momo is a multi-objective mixed integer optimisation approach for enumerating knockout reactions leading to the overproduction and/or inhibition of specific compounds in a metabolic network.
The Momo application is distributed as source code and as an AppImage file for the Linux platform. The code can be downloaded here while the full application with the AppImage file, examples etc is available here. Momo is distributed under the ZIB Academic License. This means that you can download a copy of Momo for research purposes as a member of a noncommercial or academic institution.
