Three schools were organised in the context of the H2020 Twinning Project OLISSIPO, with all schools taking place in Lisbon, Portugal, and all co-organised with the partners of OLISSIPO, and in particular the coordinator Susana Vinga and the manager of the project, Sara Tanqueiro, both from INESC-ID/IST in Lisbon. These schools were:
- OLISSIPO School on Modelling and Analysis of Single Cell Multiple Biological Omics, February 5-10, 2023;
- OLISSIPO School on Computational phylogenetics to analyse the evolution of cells and communities, July 2-7, 2023;
- OLISSIPO School on Mathematical modelling of inter-cell and communities’ interactions with a focus on metabolism, February 6-9, 2024.
