Maria Kadukova

Short Bio

Maria Kadukova is a PhD student enrolled into a double degree program between the Nano-D team of Inria and Center for Molecular Mechanisms of Aging at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. She has been working with the team starting from an internship in 2014, where she was developing KNODLE — a machine learning-based algorithm for automatic bond orders and atom types assignment in 3D structures of small molecules.

Currently Maria is working on development of scoring functions for structure-based prediction of protein-ligand interactions. The results of these projects are the Convex-PLConvex-PLR, and KORP-PL scoring functions. She has also participated in designing the VoroCNN local fold quality prediction model.
