Maître de conférences (Assistant professor) at Conservatoire national des arts et métiers (Cnam), currently visiting researcher at Inria, I4S team.
Research interests / field of activity:
My research focuses on vibration analysis, damping techniques, and electromechanical systems, with a particular interest in piezoelectric coupling. Often aimed at vibration reduction, these topics have more recently led me to explore vibroacoustic phenomena and flow-induced vibrations.
During my PhD (2013–2016), I initially investigated periodic waveguides coupled with piezoelectric networks and their application to vibration mitigation. This work was later extended to the control of nonlinear structures during my postdoctoral research.
Short bio:
After completing a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering and Electronics at the Mechatronics Department of the École Normale Supérieure de Rennes, I obtained the French Agrégation in Mechanics in 2012. I then pursued an Erasmus mobility program in Sweden (Chalmers, Göteborg) and Norway (Bergen).
In September 2013, I started as a PhD student at the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers (Cnam) in Paris, focusing on vibration damping in mechanical structures through coupling with piezoelectric networks. As part of my research, I spent nine months at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta as a Fulbright Visiting Scholar, initiating international collaborations.
