Interreg France (Channel) England ADAPT Project: a new multisensory power wheelchair simulator
The Interreg ADAPT project (http://adapt-project.com/) aims to define innovative mobility solutions for people with disabilities. Rainbow and Hybrid teams from IRISA/Inria, LGCGM and IETR teams are in particular in charge of the definition of a multisensory simulator of a power wheelchair. A video is available on https://youtu.be/fhO89xEcOrw, and shows the first version of this simulator that has been co-created with the medical staff of the Pôle Saint Hélier, a rehabilitation center in Rennes. An article has been accepted to IEEE ICORR 2019 conference and will be presented during the RehabWeek in Toronto.
