Abstract: Reading performance has become one of the most important clinical measures for judging the effectiveness of treatments, surgical procedures, or rehabilitation techniques. The problem is that accurate measurement of reading performance requires highly standardized reading material which is hard to produce. We are interested in developing new methods to generate automatically such reading material. Your mission will be to revisit a promising prototype that we recently developed and improve it to generate more efficiently correct sentences.
Skills you will learn: Processing of large data, code architecture, algorithms and data structures, basic notions in linguistics
