The PERCEPTION team (Interpretation and Modeling of Images and Sounds) offers a number of Master projects for the academic year 2013-2014. Each project has a duration of 3 to 6 months starting any time in 2014. The selected students will work at INRIA Montbonnot (near Grenoble) and they will receive a stipend: students enrolled in a French university will receive 430 euros/month while students enrolled in an university outside France will receive 1100 euros/month.
- Project #1: Audio-visual diarization for human-robot interaction
- Project #2: Binocular vision for humanoids and humans (two students)
- Project #3: Representation of color-depth data using wavelets on weighted undirected graphs
- Project #4: Sound-source localization based on audio-visual mapping learning
