Thomas Boudier recently joined the Morpheme team. Thomas has more than 20 years experience in image processing and analysis applied to biological and medical data. Over the years he has been working closely with biologists to develop tools for the processing, segmentation and analysis of biological data, with a focus on 3D and 3D+t multi-dimensional data. His research interest lies in applying spatial statistics and machine learning for the understanding of cell and tissue architecture.
