I am a postdoc at Université Gustave Eiffel (formerly IFSTTAR) Nantes.
Research interests / field of activity
My research domain lies in the inverse problem of vibrating structures for condition assessment/structural health monitoring, structural rating.
- System identification
- Structural health monitoring
- Time-frequency analysis
- Operational modal analysis
Short bio
I have completed my doctoral study on parametric modal identification by the time-frequency method at IIT Guwahati in India. Prior to joining here, I worked at ABB innovation center Bangalore, India as a data scientist. I received my master’s degree in structural engineering from IIT Guwahati in 2013 and a bachelor degree in civil engineering from IIEST, Shibpur, India. After finishing my bachelor study, I worked for a year in a private company where I was engaged to design and detailing of structures, used in the steel production industry.
Recent projects
- MUSIWIND: I am working on the data analysis part of this project. The objective of this analysis is a comprehensive study of wind turbine tower vibration with respect to different environmental and operational parameters.
