    “Accurate and robust automated segmentation of multiple sclerosis lesions in spinal cord MRI”
    • Supervisors: Francesca Galassi, Benoit Combès and Anne KerbratThe research involves investigation of deep learning techniques for medical image segmentation.
    • I am particularly interested in combining multiple MRI sequences in a flexible manner to achieve better segmentation performance. This raises research questions in unsupervised domain adaptation and generalisation.
    • I am also carrying out research in techniques to reduce the impact of imperfect ground-truth annotations, due to the inherent uncertainty in the task of manually segmenting all lesions in spinal cord MRI.
