Permanent researcher positions
The Inria Centre at the University of Bordeaux opens 4 permanent positions for research scientists each year. The recruitment campaign occurs at the beginning of the year. Usually, candidates apply for a position in one of the 20 research teams (e.g. Pleiade) of the Centre.
Do not hesitate to get in touch with us should you want to join the team. We are particularly interested in interdisciplinary profiles, at the interface of computational biology, mathematics and computer science.

We seek excellent candidates with a strong background in either numerical modeling or machine reasoning. Experience applying these methods to biological systems in general, and microbial consortia in particular, will be greatly appreciated.
A key goal of this work is decarbonisation and in general the team is heavily invested in adaptation to and mitigation of climate change. We actively seek candidates who are motivated by these challenges.
