Using Doxygen, generate a html documentation of the Qt-Laplacian-XML project.

The Doxyfile configuration file can be either created and edited using doxywizard, or created using the command line and edited as a text. Make sure to check EXTRACT_ALL and EXTRACT_STATIC to document all the entities.
