CompuTiX

Presentation

CompuTiX (Computational Tissue X) is the new software generation following TiSim. It is a code for agent based biological simulations mainly at the tissue scale level. It provides a a general data structure general enough such that it can represent completely different objects: from biological cells to vascular networks. On top of that, CompuTiX provides an interface to build complex simulations in a modular way where each simulation is constructed at run-time from predefined components.

The code will be available soon under open source license AGPLv3.
