On November 23, 2021 C. Cancès has been awarded the Blaise Pascal Prize from the Académie des Sciences: see here. The Blaise Pascal Prize is awarded every year by the Académie des Sciences after consultation of the SMAI-GAMNI group. It aims at rewarding outstanding achievements on the devising and mathematical analysis of numerical methods for the solution of PDEs realized by an under-40 researcher in France.
