Where? Inria B21 & Zoom
In this presentation, I will first briefly outline the objectives and progress of my PhD, and then zoom in on a particular contribution. Our goal is to analyze the privacy of compound systems and to describe their privacy implications to all the parties involved. We will design a language that enables us to represent privacy requirements in an interpretable yet operational way and develop algorithms to analyze it. The data of users of the described systems must not be treated in ways violating requirements we specify. A first contribution in this direction concerns a constraint programming based approach for satisfying privacy requirements and optimizing the utility. We will discuss some problem classes where this approach is useful and illustrate the approach with an example scenario.
