About

The NERV Lab is a multidisciplinary research team supported by the French institutions Inria, Inserm, CNRS, and Sorbonne University. The team is located in the Paris Brain Institute (ICM) within the Pitie-Salpetriere hospital, one of the largest European medical centers.

The NERV Lab pursues an innovative research program at the intersection between biomedical engineering, complex systems and clinical neuroscience. Our ambition is to better understand the structural and functional organization of the human brain in health and disease.

To this end, we propose new computational frameworks to analyze and model the spatiotemporal complexity of brain networks from multimodal and longitudinal neuroimaging data, and we design noninvasive intervention strategies based on brain-computer interfaces.

We seek talented individuals from different backgrounds and expertise with broad interests in computational neuroscience.
Several topic-free PhD and Postdoc applications are regularly available. Prospective candidates can informally get in touch by including a cover letter and current CV.
In addition to the above-mentioned opportunities, specific job offers are regularly posted on the personal webpages of the Lab members.
