Employed by Armine, Marios is working on making a prototype employing the various communication technologies that are currently used in the context of IPv6 mobility. The objective is to show that on top of being functional, they are stable enough for real use.
This project is a joint effort between INRIA, Mines Paris-Tech and Télécom Bretagne.

Marios Makassikis is currently employed by Digiteo to work on a technology maturation project. In other words, it consists in improving a current technology for use at a wider scale.
More specifically, the project consists in deploying an IPv6 platform to provide a mobility service, as well as develop tools to manage both the platform and the mobile clients that will use it. The platform is also meant so serve as a testbed for further developments that will occur on the software implementing the protocols associated with mobility.
