Anna Bucchieri

Bio

Anna Bucchieri is a Post Doctoral Researcher at Inria Centre at Université de Lorraine under the supervision of Dr. Serena Ivaldi and Dr. Pauline Maurice. Her research interests revolve around the topics of biomechanics, neuroscience, human digital modeling, and human-exoskeleton interaction.

She earned her doctoral degree in Bioengineering from the Politecnico di Milano – in collaboration with the Italian Institute of Technology – in July 2024. Her PhD thesis tackled the issue of upper-limb rehabilitation for people affected by neurological disorders. Such topic was investigated under the domains of motor-control, augmented-reality, and human-robot interaction.
