Abstract:
This talk will give an overview of the topics covered in the deep learning summer school at Denmark Technical University and the tutorial on deep learning at Interspeech 2015. It will be a quick and informal introduction to several concepts in deep learning, including: (1) Training of neural networks; (2) MLP and CNN; (3) RNN and extensions for sequence learning; (4) Unsupervised learning and generative models (autoencoder, NADE, VAE); and (5) Recent trends and tools.
