Teaching

Four members of the IBIS team are either full professor, associate professor or assistant professor at the Université Grenoble Alpes. They therefore have a full teaching service (at least 192 hours per year) and administrative duties related to the organization and evaluation of the university course programs on all levels (from BSc to PhD). Besides the full-time academic staff in IBIS, several other members have also contributed to courses over the past few years. Below are listed Master courses in which IBIS members participate:

  • Statistics for biologists, Centre de Recherche Interdisciplinaire/Université Paris Descartes, Master 1 (Eugenio Cinquemani)
  • Modeling of metabolic and genetic networks, INSA de Lyon and Université de Lyon, Master 2 (Eugenio Cinquemani, Hidde de Jong, Johannes Geiselmann)
  • Modelling in systems biology, Phelma, INP Grenoble, Master 1 (Eugenio Cinquemani, Delphine Ropers)
  • Integrated models of the cell: metabolism, gene expression, signalling, ENS Paris, Master 2, and Institut de Technologie et d’Innovation, ENS/ESPCI Paris, Predoctoral training (Hidde de Jong)
  • Modeling and simulation of genetic regulatory networks, INSA Toulouse, Master 1 (Delphine Ropers)
