Lucas Rouhi

Research topic:

PhD student in the I4S team at Inria, under the supervision of Christophe Droz within the ANR-JCJC-Archi-Noise project, dedicated to the development of architected meta-structures for wave manipulation.

Short bio:

Initially aiming to teach mathematics, after obtaining a master’s degree in fundamental and applied mathematics from the University of Nantes, I passed and obtained the external agrégation in mathematics, with a specialization in scientific computing. I then continued my studies by completing a second master’s degree in Modeling, Numerical Analysis, and Scientific Computing. Since April 2024, I have been working as an research intern at Inria Rennes to begin a Ph.D. on Lattice Dynamics & Phononic Metamaterials in September. Concurrently, starting in September 2024, I will be responsible for tutorials in a bachelor’s degree at the University of Rennes.
