In September 2022, the joint team participated in the CARLA Latin-American conference, in Porto Alegre, Brazil.
- A general project meeting was held with Francieli Boito, Antônio Tadeu Gomes, Kary Ocana, Carla Osthoff, and Philippe Navaux. The goal was to discuss next steps in the collaboration.
- A joint paper was presented in the main track of the conference: ParslRNA-Seq: an efficient and scalable RNAseq analysis workflow for studies of differentiated gene expression, Kary Ocaña, Lucas Cruz, Micaella Coelho, Rafael Terra, Marcelo Galheigo, Andre Carneiro, Luiz Gadelha, Diego Carvalho, Francieli Boito, Carla Osthoff, Philippe Navaux.
- Carla Osthoff gave an invited talk during the BioCARLA workshop about the work conducted in her team at the LNCC, including about the HPCProSol joint team.
