Research projects
Pierre Sabatier is a pharmacist, contract hospital practitioner at the HEGP, attached to both the medical informatics department and the clinical research unit. He is a specialist in the use of health data from medico-administrative databases such as the EGB (general sample of beneficiaries – health insurance research database). He is working on the use of drug prescriptions in order to detect new adverse drug reactions, the subject of his current doctorate. His work at the HEGP consists of participating in the technical-regulatory consultation with Dr Juliette Djadi-Prat and the health executive Pauline Jouany and working in collaboration with Dr Anne-Sophie Jannot to help her in the work of reuse by the HEGP clinicians of the data from the local warehouse, the data from the AP-HP health data warehouse and the data from national databases (PMSI, EGB).
