Decarte’s results demonstration

New EPCGlobal ONS standard release
EPCGlobal published a new Object Name Services (ONS) standard release. The Inria FUN research group has contributed to this new release by proposing a DHT-based distributed ONS. More information available here and there.

FUN birth
January 1st 2012: The Inria FUN research group is born! 19 persons among them 3 permanent researchers investigate self-oragnization schemes for FUN (wireless RFID, sensor and robot networks) going from self-deployment to communication protocols through topology control, clustering and activity scheduling.
