CONTENTS

– a set of synthetic cases (meshes and images) generated from 15 real cases from the STACOM 2011 challenge. For each real case, 1 healthy + 30 diseased variants (regional tissue damage, of random size, location within the LAD territory, and random grade of damage) were generated.

The folder organization for each volunteer dataset is as follows:

– InputImages = original MR image sequences from the STACOM 2011 challenge, and cropped versions around the heart

– SyntheticData = generated synthetic mesh and image sequences (1 healthy and 30 infarct variants).
