OAK is created with a subset of the LEO team (2010-2011) personnel. LEO, headed by Ioana Manolescu, in turn, was a spin-off of the GEMO project (2002-2009), and GEMO was a follow-up of VERSO. Both VERSO and GEMO were headed by Serge Abiteboul.

Throughout these meanders, OAK inherits part of the history of LEO, and, by some “transitivity”, from GEMO and VERSO, although the intersection of, say,  OAK and VERSO is empty, while the intersection of OAK and GEMO is {Ioana}.

Inherited and maintained since the VERSO days, initially by Serge Abiteboul, the list below contains former members of the VERSO project (up to 2002), of the GEMO project (having left between 2002 and 2009) and of the LEO team (having separated from OAK in 2012).

We typically list the first job after leaving us. We do not actively maintain this as they change jobs.
