Phase Change Memories have been proposed for designing main memories; they have limited endurance and can be physically destructed by malicious overwrite attacks. I proposed the first secure PCM main memory design, deconstructing the one proposed by Moin Qureshi. With Moin, we then proposed a design to reduce the overhead associated with this security.
