Joint submission
A manuscript co-authored by Antoine Soulé, Jérôme Waldispühl (McGill), and Jean-Marc Steyaert (AMIBio) is submitted to a premier conference in computational biology. Fingers crossed!

AMIBio’s Afaf Saaidi (Inria Saclay) will give a talk entitled Short reads mapping using SHAPE mutational profile at the Mathematical Foundations in Bioinformatics workshop (MatBio 2017) held at the King’s College London on September 14th. The talk will describe the first results of an ongoing collaboration between McGill and Inria Saclay.
McGill partners organize a one day workshop on June 28th 2017, dedicated to the multiple facets of RNA bioinformatics.
AMIBio (Inria Saclay) members will visit the School of Computer Science at University McGill from June 26th to July 1st. On the menu: a joint workshop on RNA bioinformatics, and the continuation of collaborative projects.
Mathieu Blanchette (CS@McGill) gives a talk today (June 9th 2017) at the Saclay computational biology seminar, jointly organized by AMIBio (Inria Saclay) and the bioinfo team at LRI (Univ. Paris-Sud).
Mathieu Blanchette (CS@McGill) will be visiting AMIBio (Inria Saclay) for about two weeks (5th-12th June). Looking forward to his visit!
Our joint review on RNA design, written in collaboration with partners at Ben Gurion university, will appear in Briefing in Bioinformatics (Springer).
