Afaf’s talk at MatBio 2017

AMIBio’s Afaf Saaidi (Inria Saclay) will give a talk entitled Short reads mapping using SHAPE mutational profile at the Mathematical Foundations in Bioinformatics workshop (MatBio 2017) held at the King’s College London on September 14th. The talk will describe the first results of an ongoing collaboration between McGill and Inria Saclay.
