A rapidly developing group, we are hiring new members at roughly every career stage. Master internship / rotation
We welcome every year new master students for 2-6 month research internships or rotations. Applications for summer internships are not encouraged as we usually travel a lot during summer (or spend time on vacation). However, applications that can start between March and May will be warmly considered. Contact our administrative assistant with a CV and a motivation letter.
PhD positions
We do not have open PhD position at the time.
Engineers
We currently have an open position for an engineer in computational neuroscience and transcriptomics. The engineer will develop and refine single-cell/spatial transcriptomics data analysis workflows using machine/deep learning approaches, providing new insights into the study of cellular interactions within the brain (Contract duration: 24 months). Postdocs
We do not have open post-doc positions at the time.
Permanent positions
Every year, the Inria research center in Lyon recruits permanent investigators to strengthen its research teams (up to 4 open positions per year). Applications for permanent positions in AIstroSight will be considered when they reinforce the team’s research agenda (broadly, AI/ML and modeling for neuropharmacology). Applicants are required to hold a PhD in the field plus a past record of research activity after the PhD. See Inria web site as well as that of the Lyon research center.
