An Inria Associate Team between ERABLE and the Instituto Carlos Chagas – FIOCRUZ Curitiba – Fundação Araucária was officially created in 2015 for a duration of 3 years. The Associated Team is called ALEGRIA as it intends to address the problem of “ALgorithms for ExplorinG the inteRactions Involving Apicomplexa and kinetoplastida”. ALEGRIA will be coordinated by Andréa Rodrigues Ávila in Brazil, and by Marie-France Sagot in France. ALEGRIA will have a satellite team, coordinated by Paulo Vieira Milreu, Innovator Manager from TecSinapse, Brazil.
